1. Could you please provide us with a professional introduction about yourself and your photography work?
In fact, I started my journey in photography only 3 years ago, and so far I am doing what I like without taking on projects.
2. Can you tell us about how you got started in photography?
It was 3 years ago at the height of the pandemic, I studied deep retouching and looking at other people’s work I realized that I myself want to create and manifest myself, at that moment I was pregnant and on maternity leave, and as soon as this became possible, I began my journey in manifestation myself
3. What was your passion driving you during your journey? Who or what prompted you to begin?
I always dreamed of being a photographer, but I was worried that I would not be able to maintain the level of life I was used to, and put off my dreams, drowning in routine every day. but during the pandemic everything changed, I decided to give myself time and now I have learned to balance between creativity and commerce
4. Could you walk us through your photoshoot planning process?
We planned this particular shooting in just a couple of days, we had familiar fashion designers, models and assistants who were free that day, and all the cards fell. we got ready to leave the city, found a place with a beautiful view and decided to shoot there. Personally, in this filming, I wanted to show how you can live in the modern world, closely intertwined with the echoes of your ancestors.
5. As a photography expert, what sets your work apart from other photographers?
I find it difficult to answer this question, because I think that I still have room to grow, I am learning and striving for more.
6. Where do you get your ideas for photoshoots?
Actually from my head, I just communicate with a person, get to know him more and an image emerges in my head, style of clothing, what should be the light, location
7. Can you tell us about the most memorable moment you’ve had as a photographer and what experience you gained from that?
While there were no emergencies or especially memorable ones, each shooting is beautiful in its own way, I recharge from every hour spent on the shooting
8. What are the most important components of an extraordinary photograph, in your opinion?
This is the absence of installations in the head! I think that there are no rules in photography and there should not be any, this is an individual vision of a person, and his manifestation.
9. How do you strike a balance between your artistic expression and your client’s expectations during a shoot?
Before each shooting, I consult the client, I ask what style of shooting they want, for what purposes, what they like, lifestyle and clothes, and then, based on the answers, I can offer an idea, most often clients trust me and are happy with new ideas
10. How do other artists influence your work? Are there any other photographers you look up to? Who?
I don’t single out certain photographers, I like everyone. it is very interesting to look at the work of any photographers, sometimes if you think about something, sometimes it’s just a juicy picture that you look at in detail.
11. How do you enhance your vision after a session by post-processing your photos? Do you have a best-kept secret for editing processing that you’d like to share?
Unfortunately not, I would be glad to advice 😄
12. Can you tell us about the most difficult photographic challenge you’ve ever had, including lighting, unexpected situations, and how you managed the issues on set?
It was in winter, the couple invited me to take a photo of a marriage proposal, and it was on that day that everything was covered in fog, we didn’t have additional light, as it was planned to shoot on the street in cloudy weather. it was very cold outside that we had to go in every 10 minutes to warm up, otherwise our limbs would not obey us)
I had to rearrange the hotel room to get shots with good light
13. What are your top tips for aspiring photographers on skill development and finding their own creative voice? How did you develop yours?
The most important thing is not to be afraid! set goals and go towards it, remember that the photo is you. there are no rules, try try and try. take pictures every day, develop observation, go to pinterest for inspiration and watch the world around❤️
14. What is your favorite piece of work you’ve ever shot?
I can’t single out one, there are photos that give sincere emotions that I like to review after a long time
15. Can you tell me about an upcoming project you’re working on and the idea behind it?
Now our days are filled with more commercial shoots for local cosmetics brands, designers, etc. we are preparing a shoot for a cosmetics store, we are waiting for the goods, and we will proceed directly to the shooting.
