1. Could you please give us a little introduction and tell us about your first experience with photography? Who or what inspired you to begin photography?
As a child I went to art school to draw. As a teenager, I started trying to create collages in Photoshop. Eventually, I realized I lacked a good background. So I started to try photography.
2. From your point of view, what are the most difficult aspects of professional photography?
In my opinion, every new shoot has its own nuances. Sometimes it’s the light, the environment, the image, the distractions. It’s important to be able to make quick decisions and get the most out of the here and now with what you have.
3. As the expert you are, what distinguishes your work from others and what are the keys to mastering photography?
As in any other business, practice is important here. The more you shoot, the better the results you get in the future. Plus the observation, which develops taste. The more other works you look at, the wider your horizons and, consequently, all this allows you to create an aesthetic picture.
4. What type of models do you prefer to shoot with? Why?
With people who like the way I shoot. With people who are easy and pleasant to talk to. But basically, I don’t care who I shoot, as long as we enjoy the process.
5. Are there any other photographers you lookup to? Who?
I like the classics: Peter Lindbergh, Richard Avedon. Their work I most often review and analyze.
6. Can you walk us through your planning process for this photoshoot and how you went about conducting it?
Lisa (the model) wrote to me and said she wanted to do a shoot. I called Vlada (the makeup artist), we gathered the mudboard, chose a place and time for the shoot. I had the lighting options in my head and we started shooting.
7. What are your upcoming projects and what are your goals for the future?
I feel comfortable working with people who like what I do and their trust. I plan to just keep shooting, improvising. There is no definite development plan.

1. Could you please give us a little introduction and tell us about your first experience with modeling? How did you get started and where are you currently based?
My name is Lisa, and I’ve been modeling for 10 years. As a girl from a small town, I had never imagined that I could become a fashion model, travel across the world, and work with the biggest agencies and top brands. However, I had always been passionate about fashion and beauty, and I wanted to share my vision with the world. So, I started expressing myself through social media, where I shared my personal style and life moments. One day, a model scout saw my potential and reached out to me, offering me a contract with a leading agency in Europe. Soon after, I embarked on my first modeling trip to Milan, and it was an incredibly exciting moment for me as I began traveling and working in the fashion industry. Currently, I am based in Los Angeles, where I continue to pursue my passion for modeling and work with top brands and loyal clients.
2. What was your first paid job as a model? How did it feel?
My first paid job as a model was for an Italian fashion brand. It was a significant milestone for me as it marked my first substantial earnings from modeling. One of the great benefits of modeling is the opportunity to be financially independent and even support my family. It was a rewarding feeling to see my work and dedication pay off in the form of a paid job in the fashion industry.
3. Besides modeling, what else are you passionate about?
In addition to modeling, I am passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and personal development. Engaging in sports has always been an important aspect of my career to maintain my physical appearance. My favorite form of exercise is Pilates because it not only improves my physical well-being but also helps me connect with my mind. I am also interested in the arts, and I even have a dream of producing my own short film inspired by my life experiences.
4. Is there anyone in the modeling industry you look up to? Who?
Yes, there are models from the 90s that I look up to, particularly Kate Moss. I admire her for her natural and imperfect beauty, which she expresses so effortlessly through her photographs. She has become a symbol of beauty in the fashion industry, and her unique approach to modeling has always inspired me.
5. What do you value most in a photographer who collaborates with you?
The most important aspect for me in collaborating with a photographer is communication. I value when a photographer allows me to be myself and express my unique self in front of the camera, rather than giving strict posing instructions. It’s also important to have a shared vision and understanding of visual aesthetics. When a photographer and a model are on the same page in terms of creative vision, it leads to a more enjoyable and successful photoshoot.
6. What are your goals for your modeling career? Do you have any upcoming projects you want to share?
As a model, my main goal is to continue growing and evolving in my career. I strive to work with reputable agencies, top brands, and talented professionals in the fashion and beauty industry. I aim to expand my portfolio with diverse and creative projects that allow me to showcase my versatility as a model.
