Jenny Di Marco: 81 Venice Film Festival

Could you please give us a little introduction and tell us about your first experience with modeling? How did you get started and where are you currently based?
I am an Italian model based in Milan and I live in the most eccentric area of ​​the city: Porta Venezia where I usually go shopping in physical stores... Visiting shops every week crestes a mutual trust relationship between the customer and the point of sale and it happened a boutique asked me to take photos for social media being quite 177 cm tall and slim, so I started modeling... I can say that I started from a genuine passion for fashion to the profession!

What was your first job as a model? How did it feel?

First job as model was the campaign for italian brand Cailand's in 2019 with the great american photograper Douglas Bassett for The Backstage Collections it was a very nice way to start! Then I started with runways for Milan and Paris Fashion Week!

Besides modeling, what else are you passionate about?
Over my passion for fashion? I have a strong spirit of change and I focus on innovation and research.
My core business is passion for real estate investments since I have a master degree in Engeneer (management of built environment) in Politecnico of Milan University.

Is there anyone in the modeling industry you look up to? Who?
Among all 90s iconic top model I admire the most Cindy Crawford!
She studied engeneer like me and she loves fashion! We are born February the 20th and we both have a small neo skyn next to our superior lip!

What are your goals for your modeling career? Do you have any upcoming projects you want to share?
What I appreciate most of my modeling career is being highly valued in many countries worldwide, from America to Asia and from Europe to Emirates!
Fashion is stronger when it creates relations, enriches the community and the society. I strongly believe in brick and mortar retail more than online sales.
For this reason I will keep on investing in fashion project I believe in with a special focus on innovation and sustainability.
